This is some of what you may expect should you decide to invite me to conduct an investigation.

You may trust that any accounts related to me or anyone in my team, or any events that I or anyone in my team may take part of or experience will be held in strict confidentiality unless I have express written permission by our hosts to use such things in future publications.  Unless I have such permission, nothing concerning these investigations shall be  disclosed to anyone for any reason.

I, nor any member of my team,  shall ever perpetrate hoaxes or pranks during an investigation.

I, nor any member of my team, shall speak lies concerning investigations.

I, nor any member of my team, shall smoke, drink, or use any drugs during an investigation.

I, and any member of my team, shall never accept compensation of any kind for any investigations performed, nor charge a fee for any of our investigative services.

I, and every member of my team shall be respectful of your home, your family, your friends, and your experiences.

I, and every member of my team, shall be gracious and thankful for being our host.

If you wish to invite me to investigate anomalous activity, the first step is to contact me by one of the methods prescribed on this website.  After some correspondence and a brief conversation you will be sent a questionnaire to fill out and return to me.  Once the questionnaire is returned, the investigation begins. 

Between the time of our correspondence and my first visit you will be asked to keep a journal of any unusual phenomena, noting dates and time, and using the various Web Tools on this web site for additional information.

The investigation will typically take course over three visits.  The first during the day, the second two during the night.  Equipment will be brought in an attempt to detect any unusual phenomena.  Once the three visits have been completed, the evidence will be reviewed and you will be sent a report of the findings.  Future visits can be arranged if you feel them necessary.
