WHAT I DO

I conduct scientific investigations and research into all areas of the paranormal.  I do not provide counseling, exorcism, or house cleansing services of any kind.

ARE YOU HAUNTED?

Below you will find a questionnaire in both Word format that you may download.  You will be asked to fill out this questionnaire as the first step in requesting an investigation.  Please keep in mind, that the questionnaire is for information gathering purposes only.  While I would like you to fill it out as complete as possible, you may at your discretion, decline to answer any of the questions.  Answers of the questionnaire will be kept confidential.
